The anchors from Jarvis Marine are made from high quality premium tarpaulin material. There are 4 sizes. From 43cm to 95cm. The holes in the bottom of all sizes ensure that they do not tangle and turn. These tarpaulin drift anchors can withstand harsh conditions and of course salt water. The purpose of the drift anchor is to slow the boat down when it is drifting, but it can also be used as a towing brake. The 95cm and 76cm sizes have a line on the outside that extends from the bottom to the opening, making it easy to drain the water when retrieving. The 2 smallest, 43cm and 62cm, do not need this as the volume is not that large. The largest size (95cm) also has floating elements and weights in the opening, which ensure that the drift anchor opens quickly and is very stable in the water.
