Thus, the Iron Claw / Moby Softbaits Jigheads are 100% lead-free! Unfortunately, due to the more complex process, etc., production and material costs are somewhat higher than for a conventional lead head and so the jigheads are somewhat more expensive. But we think we owe that to our environment. Even the packaging is 100% biodegradable. The clear window is made of PLA (corn starch) and the rest is made of uncoated cardboard.
