Wiggler Kveiteduppen kit - Halibut float set
The kit consists of a halibut float, a pass-through banana pilker lead weight and a single hook leader. Now we have further improved the successful Kveiteduppen kit. By placing the line release on the underside of the float, the Kveiteduppen now stands straight up and is therefore more visible. This has also given us the opportunity to replace the small baited hook with a larger and sturdier one, making it easier to attach the kveiteduppen. When you mount the halibut diver on the line, the baited hook should be placed under the release of the line for optimal function.
A complete float fishing set for targeted halibut fishing. If you are fishing at a depth of 30 metres or less and the current is weak, the 300-gram set is recommended. If you are fishing deeper than 30 metres or in strong currents, the 500-gram set is recommended. The float fishing set includes:
Float with adjustable release
1.4m and 1.4mm thick nylon line with a Mustad Demon Circle hook on the end
Pass-through sinker

Application:
Set the clip so tight that it only releases when it is struck
Fish the float approx. 20-30 metres from the boat
This float assembly can also be fished as a "dead rod"
Pose can be blown out in the snapper/snapper at the lower end as required.
